Artistic action inside a community is not new; it happens in almost every country. However, it might take a wrong turn if every action is already predetermined and leaves the community out of it. Sometimes, there are different strategies where “the relationship” with the community is put at the centre of actions. In that case, the community takes an equal portion of the action and, by doing so, helps them to engage more with creativity. What is the strategy for doing this? What is the main obstacle? How do we keep the community interested in an art project?
