Throughout our modern lifespan, developing various museums and art institutions (a top-down approach) is one model that nurtures society through culture. Still, most of the time, it needs to deliver the goal. In some other cases, there is a bottom-up initiative that dares to take a radical approach to bring some change in society. Can we build a society based on creative action? What kind of method is feasible to do? Is it sufficient to tackle our modern problems?
