The Ubiquitous Art Center

Participants in this talk event take a new look at art, research and development, and the position of public cultural facilities today.

Focusing on exploring new artistic creation utilizing media technology, and presenting numerous works since its opening back in 2003, YCAM celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2023. Invited for this event, held one year prior to the 20th anniversary, were a number of guests from various fields who have been dealing with aspects of creativity and publicness, to envision possible future directions for YCAM in talk sessions and discussions.
