Lab Meets Good Sense

This composite-type event is held as an opportunity for visitors to experience first-hand YCAM’s research and development activities by way of symposia, workshops, exhibitions, performances, film screenings, etc.

Next to symposia in which special guests from “labs” that do cutting-edge work in Japan and abroad discuss ways of building a “creative chain” connecting the cultural past, present and future, the program includes displays and workshops in which the respective labs introduce their activities. At this occasion, for the 15th anniversary of YCAM we revisit the center’s philosophy of “making and learning things together.”
