Bread and Yeast
The first of the ”Open Day” events introducing the YCAM Bio Research project’s research and development activities around the application of biotechnology focuses on “Bread and Yeast.” In addition to present the research process, the YCAM staff guides visitors around the research facilities, and provides opportunities for discussions on the subject of biotechnology.
