Realized as part of the research and development project “Agri Bio Kitchen”, this is the second in a series of lectures aiming to intensify the discussion of future forms of eating.
With a focus on “biology”, this second installment unravels the relationship between food and biotechnology that has recently been gathering attention. Attendants will be able to access the extensive realm of biology through various experiments that reveal the leading edge of human knowledge, ranging from brewage and fermentation to the most recent gene analysis and cell fusion techniques.
