By using a combination of a GUI and programming, environmental conditions known as "scenes" are created which allow a variety of visual feedback to be sent to motion-capture subjects in real-time.
Because the development basis for this software is the artist-friendly openFrameworks software development environment, users can use openFrameworks to add additional functions and features as well as incorporate their own software. And because it can also be used as a standalone application, you can use scenes already developed by YCAM to perform choreography and training.
This software was developed as part of the "Reactor for Awareness in Motion (RAM)" project which has been ongoing since 2010.
